CANCELLATION POLICY –
we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service total.
No-call, no-shows will be charged 100%
DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER –
Thank you for selecting our services. While we maintain a non-refundable policy, your satisfaction is utmost importance to us. If the service does not align with your expectations, we are to offer a complimentary redo within 7 days. Please be advised that any changes to your original request will be an additional charge.
NO KIDS POLICY –
For the best and safety of all our clients, we maintain a no kid policy. With chemicals and sharp tools present, it's essential to keep our environment safe and relaxing. We appreciate your understanding!
